Refunds and returns policy

In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have a withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your products to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to give any reason or pay any penalty (excluding return costs). 

Returns must be made within in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions). In this case, you are liable.

Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal.You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, Kojic Skin - Europe will reimburse the sums paid, within a period of 14 days following notification of your request and using the same means of payment as that used for the order. 

For all returns, please contact our customer service department by e-mail at contact@kojicskin-. europe.com. Once we have given our agreement, you have 14 days to return the item to us.

Please note that products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging and must not be damaged in any way. must not have been used. Once the item has been received, you will be refunded within 14 days.
